Dancer will learn how to do a bridge, Handstand techniques, Cartwheels, Forwards/Backwards Rolls, improve flexibility and strength with progression routes to those all sought after acro moves such as an Ariel, Backhandsprings. Dancers and parents will be able to keep track of their progress via reward charts while working towards exams via the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus.
