Acrobatic Dance, more commonly referred to as Acro, uses strength and flexibility to perform gymnastic-based tricks. In this class, students perform conditioning exercises to prepare them for increased difficulty. It teaches flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination. Coach Abbie has recently qualified through Acrobatic Arts, one of the leaders in the industry, and classes follow the Acrobatic Arts syllabus. The Acrobatic Arts program is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling.

About Sandwickhill Studios Dance Academy
We offer competitive and recreational classes for kids 3+ in cheer, tumbling, hip hop, jazz, ballet and acro. Our unique custom built dance studios provide a safe and welcoming environment for young people to learn new skills and have fun.
