Aimed at kids 5-6 years old, this 60/90 minute weekly class gets the kids involved increasing their confidence and skills through gymnastics. Consisting of 60 minutes of directed coaching, this is a great class for everyone in this age range. Improvers class will use all pieces of apparatus, bars, beam, vault and floor. They will also begin preparation for tumbling. Tumbling is newly introduced into our recreational programme, within this class the tumbling will consisted of front handsprings, back handsprings, and Salto preparations.
