Aqua Heros continue to strengthen their strokes and breathing techniques but for a longer distance. They'll also continue to improve their ability to float, tread and scull for long periods and build on other safety skills in swimming. Children will also get the opportunity to learn Butterfly and try out new skills like handstands and tumble turns. This class prepares children for moving onto swim clubs.
