This is a lovely class for little ones to start learning the basics in gymnastics. It builds your child's confidence and core strength. We work towards progression certificates and learning gymnastics based routines to perform in our upcoming shows and events. All you need is comfortable clothing and a water bottle as exercising is thirsty work.

About Lynnes-dancefit
DanceFit is a lovely friendly dance school where your child can build confidence, exercise,learn new skills and make new friends. We don't do competitions or medals so there's no pressure on your child it's all about the fun. We do perform in shows throughout the year where family members can enjoy the children's hard work We also take part in the South Tyneside Parade once a year too so there's plenty to get involved with. Progression certificates are also available in our gymnastics classes and they too get to perform routines in our shows
