Grade 1 RAD Ballet (7 - 9yrs)

Grade 1 RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) class is the first formal level in their ballet syllabus, typically for students aged 7 and older, building on foundational techniques from Pre-Primary and Primary classes. These classes emphasize musicality, artistry, performance skills, and discipline, introducing set exercises, free movement, and the foundations of Character Dance (national forms like Hungarian, Polish, and Russian) alongside classical ballet. Students learn new ballet terminology and steps, developing increased confidence, strength, and flexibility in preparation for potential RAD examinations.
