Futsal is an exciting, fast-paced small sided football game that is widely played across the world. The game is played on an indoor "court" with a heavier football which encourages close control and ball manipulation. require a competent technical understanding to participate this class Please note - these sessions are held indoors in the main sports hall What to wear - Astro-turf or futsal trainers (no metal/screw in or rubber studs) - Shin pads - Football training kit (Bows Soccer Academy training kit preferred) - Don't forget to bring a drink! *All members obtain a free pass to our Academy Member Days throughout August (equivalent to 6 sessions)
