Pay as you Go. Our Open Gym sessions are open to all abilities from children ages 12 years up to adults. This session give you a chance to come and join in a structure free session to learn any skills you may want to try or just to have a go on equipment and have some fun. Dancers, gymnasts, free-runners and even parents come along to learn some fun skills. Our coaches are on hand to ensure safety and help out anyone who may need some expert tips on skills they are trying.
About the organiser
We have a purpose built gymnastics facility in Thamesmead, South East London. The gym has a full range of equipment including Foam Pits, Sprung Floor, Bars, Beam, Vault and Trampolines. Here we train gymnasts of all ages and abilities from Recreational though to International Levels. Free Trial sessions offered.
