Baby & Me Yoga & 'Mini Movers' Yoga are friendly and playful classes that are aimed at providing parents with a well-deserved opportunity to stretch and strengthen their postnatal bodies, whilst also providing play time for babies through the use of music and props. The classes are a unique and special way to bond with your baby or toddler through movement, music and play. I create a relaxed and welcoming environment, with beginners to yoga very welcome.

It's a great way to meet other parents as well and enjoy some quality time with your babies. Baby & Me Yoga is aimed at pre-crawling babies and is suitable for Mums after 6 weeks for a vaginal birth or 10 weeks for a caesarean birth or a vaginal birth with intervention. 'Mini Movers' is suitable for crawlers up to about age 3. Free on-street parking available at the venue, Group WhatsApp (optional), free homemade cakes and tea included on our last session.
