At this stage, swimmers are becoming more confident and independent in the water. Lessons focus on building strength, control, and early stroke skills through fun, supportive activities. 💦 Key skills include: ⭐ Confident floating and gliding on front and back ⭐ Blowing bubbles and breathing control ⭐ Kick on front and back with minimal support ⭐ Introduction to basic arm movements for front crawl and backstroke ⭐ Safe entries and exits with more independence Teachers remain in the water to guide and support, helping each swimmer feel successful while refining their technique and confidence.
