St Mary's Davy- Fitness & Fun Invasion Games (Years 3-6)

Sports development-focused, fintess and fun sessions based on team sports that link to specific PE lessons within your school's setting. School sessions run termly, that is, a long-term, progressive programme involving team sports and functional fitness Bootcamp sessions for ages ranging from preschool to teens, through to adults. Sessions are grouped by age for the participants to maximise their experience. Each session is different, fun, informative, and motivating, with a varied focus each week. We cover strength and conditioning, weightlifting skills, hand-eye coordination, fun games, gymnastic skills and much, much more!
