wanting to get better, whether we win, lose or draw • Resilience & self-belief – responding positively to setbacks, challenges and pressure • Communication & teamwork – listening, working with others and learning to lead • Character & conduct – respect, discipline, responsibility and adaptability We want our young people to compete, improve and give their best. Winning matters, but so does learning how to lose, draw, respond and come back better. These are behaviours our coaches and staff will encourage and model throughout the year, developing skills for sport, school, home and life. Welcome to the BADU family. The BADU Team
