note: your athletes coach will let you know when they are ready to move up into the later class) Tumble classes are a great add on for our competitive team athletes to expedite execution and skills progression. What to wear to sessions: Most of our athletes wear a t-shirt and shorts. Socks are required and most wear stick it socks (air hop or similar trampoline socks). Clean trainers/daps or cheer trainers that are only worn indoors are also great to wear for classes.
