About The Movement Lab
Justin has a modern approach yet can gently get the gymnasts to gain appetite for learning and acheive things they never knew they could. He is ex Team GB competition Gymnast but can teach entry level humbly and high level to elite. Just has trained some of the under 16 National squad members at South Essex Gymnastics club prior to moving to Folkestone.
