Dance - development of rhythm and movement skills through guided dance activities. Dance - increased strength and flexibility through dance routines, improved teamwork and co-operation. Dodgeball - improve throwing, catching and dodging to develop co-ordination, accuracy and agility. Learn strategies, make quick decisions, and work as a team.
