At the end of each half term, the best performing players will be selected to join the next block. This is so we can ensure that the best are competing with the best and ultimately, we can create a successful team with the highest standard of talented players. We understand that there may be many talented children within the class and we want to give them all the opportunity to grow and develop as a team. It is important to recognise that every child is different and develops at their own pace. If your child requires further development, we can offer another program which will be suitable for their needs to help them get to the same end goal. For those who don’t make the team, we give you the option to Join one of our U7 Pre academy centers and we guarantee the best coaching around! We will focus on: Individual development 1v1 skills - Show them how to be dominate their 1v1s Creating confident footballers! Helping improve their ball mastery Teaching them how to share the ball, and the right times to do so Our aims of the little legends; • Help prepare them for teams at u7 (year2) and teach them everything they need to know to play in any team! • Help us select the best 8 children we can to go into our own Josh Evans u7 team All coaches are FA and UEFA qualified, experienced, safeguarded, First Aid Trained and DBS checked.
