The centre supports local universities and works with sports clubs and is the proud home of Aquatics GB Performance Centre, keeping students, athletes and the wider Manchester community active. This facility is part of a unique collection of community and elite facilities governed by Manchester Active, a not for profit organisation established and overseen by Manchester City Council.
