place and not all touch was for a painful medical procedure. During Lockdown I used the extra time I had to train in baby massage. It opened up my world to the power of positive loving touch. There are so many benefits to baby massage, but to me the one that stands out most is the possibility to wire our little one's brains to be more kind, caring and empathetic individuals. I now teach baby massage, yoga and most recently Groovaroo, which is a fantastic pregnancy and baby-wearing dance class. Like zumba, with the babies attached. A great workout and beautiful way to have fun and bond with your baby and those around you.
