About Phonics with Robot Reg Thurrock
The preschool class is for ages 2.5-4 year and is fantastic fun. We teach letter sounds through a series of quick paced, high energy and engaging games and activities. Our friendly mascot, Robot Reg, teaches the children how to blend these sounds into words and how to segment these words back into sounds – the skills needed to learn to read and spell. We also dance and move to develop gross motor skills and strengthen hands and fingers with out fun

We focus on developmental milestones but through a series of quick paced, high energy and engaging games and activities. We use role play to support speech and language development but more importantly to support children’s understanding of language. We sing. We dance. We play.
