FRIDAY EVENING SESSION A structured, performance-focused environment extending beyond the day-to-day school timetable, combining strength and conditioning, on-field rugby coaching, position-specific development and performance education. Designed for motivated young rugby players looking to accelerate their development, train in a high-performance environment and improve athletic performance while building confidence and understanding of the game. Both current HSOG pupils and external athletes are welcome - no school enrolment is required.
