Gymnastics Club (4 - 11yrs)

Our Gymnastics & Movement club is all about building confidence, coordination and strength in a fun, supportive setting. Children get to explore key gymnastics skills like balance, flexibility, jumps and rolls, while developing core strength and body awareness along the way. Every child works at their own pace and we focus on progress rather than perfection. Sessions are structured but playful, mixing skill building with games so children stay engaged and active. It's a brilliant way for kids to try gymnastics in a relaxed environment, build friendships and grow in confidence, whether they've never done gymnastics before or already love it.
