About ABC Sports Stars Hither Green (Mountsfield park)
Our classes run from 9:30 am - 12pm form ages 2 years old up. Within our multi sports classes we use fundamental movements such as running, jumping, skipping, hopping, turning, balancing, throwing and catching. Each month we focus on one of these topics at a time meaning the children will be able to learn and progress within that month at their own speed with the help of our coaches being set fun and specific progressions for each child's individual

learning needs. within our football classes we focus on a different subject per month for children to explore and learn starting off with the basic skills of football and progressing to more technical football subjects to prepare children to become great footballers in the future. All our classes are based around providing small, achievable learning outcomes creating a fun learning environment for all.
