3v3 Football U6 & U7 (5 - 7yrs)

3v3 football session is a fast-paced, small-sided format designed to maximise player involvement, enjoyment, and development. With fewer players on the pitch, each child gets more touches of the ball, more opportunities to attack and defend, and greater involvement in decision-making throughout the game. The sessions focus on developing key skills such as dribbling, quick passing, movement, and finishing, while also improving game awareness and confidence. The small-sided nature encourages creativity, teamwork, and high energy, making it both fun and highly effective for player development.
