Friday CCHS LAMDA Public Speaking Grade 4 - 8
At a glance
Students will get to study either Public Speaking or Acting LAMDA. This class is mixed for maximum benefit (Public Speakers progress more quickly in emotion when mixed with the Public Speakers, Actors progress more quickly with analysing texts when mixed with the Public Speakers - age range and class size is capped. We work on confidence building, voice, body language, emotion, speech structure as well as prepping all students for the knowledge section of the LAMDA exams. Students do not have to take LAMDA exams, however, they will be offered an exam once per academic year.
