at home. There’s a big focus on the postnatal period too, including recovery, changing relationships, hormones, emotional wellbeing and adjusting to life with a newborn. Expect practical demonstrations, open conversations and plenty of opportunities to ask questions in a friendly, relaxed environment. Our aim is simple: for you to leave feeling informed, prepared and more confident about birth, baby and beyond. Our sessions provide general antenatal education and do not replace individual medical advice from your own maternity team.
