This class is the bridge between our Top Tots Rugby programme (for ages 4/5 and our local grassroots club link with Lindley Swifts who start their programme at Under 8's (for ages 7/8)! This class is Tag-Rugby based with League rules, and gives the opportunity for plenty of handling the ball, game understanding and even masters kicking in through our posts! The perfect all-round programme for those that are new to Rugby and for those transitioning from Tots.
