Contemporary classes focus on technique, floor work, travelling movement, combinations and improvisation. Dancers will develop strength, flexibility, control, coordination and movement quality, while exploring breath and how it can be used within movement. Classes encourage dancers to explore different ways of moving while developing musicality, individuality and confidence in their performance.
