Yoga & Mindfulness for children aged 4-11. Our mini Yogi's will learn Yoga flows, poses and mind - body connection. We will practice positive affirmations and encourage confidence with self belief. We will incorporate activities to encourage mindfulness, and educate about the importance of relaxation. We will aim to rejuvenate your Child's bodies, mind and soul after a busy week in school. Perfect for children who struggle to relax and sleep or just even want to improve their strength and flexibility. Please drop your child off with our qualified Yoga and meditation teacher and enjoy the scullery restaurant & bar or even a gym/ swim!
