What you’ll need and where to find us Kit list Pool session: one-piece swimsuit, hat (compulsory), goggles, nose clip, towel Land session: t-shirt, shorts, trainers, mat, flexi band Sessions are held at the Prince Regent Swimming Complex Tuesdays 7-8pm Thursdays 7.45-8.15pm (includes land warm up) Sundays 10-11am Beginners courses run on a regular basis on Tuesdays 7-8pm. We expect experienced swimmers to attend 2 sessions per week during term time. If you are interested in joining please fill in the enquiry form below – please include details of your / your child’s swimming experience (swim stage, AS grade).
