This is a Recreational gymnastics class for children 5-13 years old. This class is for complete beginners and improvers Children will use all Artistic gymnastics equiment including vault, bars, beam, floor, Air track and trampette. This class promises to be stimulating and lots of fun. We will work on balance, flexibility, coordination, strength and conditioning. There is no viewing in this class except for the last session of the full term. Parents will be advised nearer the time

About Emerald Gymnastics
We provide fun and structured gymnastics sessions to children aged 3-16 years old. Our daytime classes are for Pre-school and Primary aged children who have not yet started school or are home educated. Having delivered gymnastics during school P.E. lessons to primary aged children we want to offer the same opportunity to children outside of school who are available during the day. weekdays. Gymnastics is the foundation of physical education and we don't see why any child should miss out. All of our coaches are fully qualified, DBS checked, insured and have attended a safeguarding course. We have many years experience teaching children of all ages and abilities from recreational through to competition squads. We tailor our sessions to suit the many different learning styles children have and use a variety of equipment to develop coordination, balance, agility and strength. We teach the fundamental shapes and movements required for gymnastics and work towards Core Proficiency awards.
