Ballet Club is run by an experienced ballet coach. Ballet underpins many other dance styles and builds children's strength, posture and rhythm. Children will learn how to position their feet correctly and perform classic moves such as the Demi-plié and pirouette. Ballet is aimed and girls and boys and our coach uses a wide range of music to enthuse the children throughout the session.

First Kicks Sports Ltd Gymnastics Club Gymnastics is led by an experienced coach. The children learn the fundamental skills of being a gymnast for example body control, focus and core strength. They also build upon different techniques such as rolls, handstands and bridges and work on increasing their flexibility and fluidity between moves. and others' performances. Through gymnastics club children will be selected to represent the school in the Borough Gymnastics Festival. Children will learn and practise a routine and have the opportunity to participate in a competitive environment increasing their confidence and team work skills.
