Teen Jazz Dance & Technique Classes — Ages 12–18

Two hours of serious jazz training a week for dancers aged 12 to 18, in Stratford, East London. An hour of technique and conditioning — strength, flexibility, control, and the turns and jumps that need real work to land — followed by an hour of choreography and performance. This is the class for teenagers who have stopped dancing for fun alone and want to get properly good. Several of our competitive team train here, and it's where most of them started. Open to teenagers with some previous dance experience. If you're not sure, come and try it — we'll tell you honestly.
