The lesson runs for 45 minutes, with the children encouraged to come in independently, with their adults waiting and watching from outside the room. This class aims at building the foundation of their gymnastics skills. We aim to foster their confidence, increase coordination and build their strength, in an age appropriate way.

About Flip Twist and Tumble
Get taught to flip, twist and tumble by a World Champion gymnast. We teach gymnastics classes to children aged 3-16 years old. We strive to create a fun and safe environment for all children to learn at their own pace.
