pace. There’s absolutely no pressure, you can feed and change your baby whenever needed, which made it feel especially welcoming as a first time mum. It was my first class with my baby, and it couldn’t have been a better introduction. One of the most valuable parts of the class is the weekly check in. Having the chance to share challenges with other mums and receive advice and reassurance made a huge difference. It really felt like a supportive and understanding community rather than just a class. The yoga and massage techniques themselves have been wonderful for my baby. Despite being premature, I’ve genuinely noticed positive changes in his development. He absolutely loves the sessions, and it’s become such a special and meaningful bonding experience for us both. I’ve also seen improvements in his sleep, digestion, and reflux, which has been amazing. If you’re a first time mum looking for something gentle and nurturing that’s genuinely beneficial for both you and your baby, this class is perfect.
