Babies usually love the music and movement and of course they love being close to mummy (or daddy), and as we all know, if baby’s happy it makes it much easier for you to be happy and relaxed! This isn't a class where you need to get the steps right or worry about looking good. It’s about having fun and enjoying this time with your baby, while also getting the opportunity to move and enjoy music for you (no nursery rhymes here!) Come as you are, enjoy a judgement free space and hopefully leave feeling energised with a happy baby!
