Classes are designed to strengthen coordination, body awareness, control and listening skills while building confidence in a supportive environment. (The age range is a guide and gymnasts may stay in the class longer if skills needed to move up are not yet met)

Our recreational gymnastics for Fun classes designed for children of all ages – use equipment and techniques that are adapted to their age groups. They are designed as fun ways to explore gymnastics and movement. The weekly varying activities in these hour-long classes allow children to play and burn energy whilst learning gymnastics and general body control.
