We follow The Acrobatic Arts syllabus which is a supplement to dance training that allows students to develop safe tumbling and balance techniques on hard floors. Students focus on 5 key areas: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling. Classes include working towards bridges, splits and so on to cartwheels and all types of walkovers. We will also work on building strength as well as learning handstands, headstands and levers and more!

Please note we have an annual membership fee of £25 which will be applied to fees after your trial period. This is charged at £20 on the 1st of August annually after your first payment. (Pro rata if you join from January - July).

About NB DANCE Studio
We provide fun and friendly dance classes for children aged 18 months - 16 years in East Kilbride. Classes in Ballet, Modern, Tap, Tumble, Acro Dance, Hip Hop/Commercial and Musical Theatre. Optional annual performance opportunities and Exams through The B.A.T.D. and Acrobatic Arts.
