These sessions are 1 hour & 15 minutes long and focus on the following aspects of their game: - Components of fitness (Speed, agility, power & reaction time) - Passing and Receiving (first touch) - Movement off the ball & Scanning - Unbalancing a defender (turns & feints) - Shooting - Position specific training Cost: £60 a month

for 1 session a week or £90 a month for 2 sessions a week in term time. Please be aware that subscriptions come out on the 1st of every month. When signing up, the payment for the sessions in that month will be added to the 1st of the following months payment.
