My role, my love and now my life is in early years and by early years I mean teeny babies to 5 years of age. Teaching parents the art of gently massaging babies, yoga poses for parent and baby, relaxation techniques, signing using BSL & a whole load of messy. Because they’re sponges, parents need looking after and it increases confidence, they gain new skills and the little ones simply flourish.
