This means that the annual class fees are split equally across 12 months and payments are made via a direct debit on the 1st of every month. 2. Payments are taken as follows: Term 1: September, October, November, December, Term 2: January, February, March, April Term 3: May, June, July, August 3. New customers will be required to pay an initial set up fee of £12 and a ‘Opening Balancing Fee’ if their subscription plan does not cover the total cost of the classes they are booked for. This also applies to customers who cancel their booking and resubscribe. We will issue this fee on the first monthly payment and send an emailed breakdown for customer records. If a customer is joining mid year and their agreed subscription plan covers the cost of classes booked we will not need to issue a balancing fee.
