The class will also cover combinations of acro elements that flow seamlessly into dance, creating dynamic, visually striking routines that require a high level of coordination, strength, and precision. Dancers will be expected to have exceptional body control, flexibility, and balance, as they focus on perfecting the execution of each advanced trick with the utmost precision and safety. Level 6 places a strong emphasis on complex choreography, as dancers work to incorporate acrobatic elements into longer, more intricate routines that blend dance and acro into one cohesive performance. In addition to acro skills, this class also focuses heavily on the development of core strength, injury prevention, and flexibility, as well as refining performance quality. Students will be encouraged to express their creativity, adding their unique style and personality to every move they perform.
