We then offer developmental classes such as Baby Yoga and Music Movement & More and then from 2 years up teaching about mindfulness, emotions, stress relief and healthy minds and bodies through yoga and mindfulness activities. I am also a Level 3 qualified Holistic Sleep Consultant and Holistic Therapist. I also offer 121 services for Newborn support.
