At a glance
Our 12+ class is designed for older children and teenagers of all experience levels, from complete beginners to competitive judoka. Sessions provide a more mature training environment, with a focus on technical development, fitness, tactical understanding, and randori (sparring). Beginners build strong fundamentals, while more experienced athletes refine advanced techniques and prepare for grading and competition. Every session is tailored to help each judoka progress at their own pace in a supportive and challenging environment.
