A fun and friendly karate club, we run karate classes for both kids and adults from three years and upwards. We also cater to people of different abilities. Our karate classes incorporate elements of traditional karate as well as sport and fitness. Run by Chief Instructor Julia Heenan, G2G Karate follows the Shito-Ryu karate style. With classes across Hertfordshire, London and Essex, we cater for people starting karate for the first time through to elite athletes.
