Seniors: aged 11 - 16 years Each class is divided into different ability groups so children with novice to more advanced skills are well catered for. We continue to set challenges with this older age group to keep them motivated. Often the activities are presented as fun elements but there is a lot of work involved. Good effort and children working to the best of their abilities is still expected. We make use of Bars, Beam, Trampettes/trampoline, Vault, Floor and Air-tracks. Children work towards doing skills independently. This includes all the skill from the lower classes up to Front and Back Somersaults on the trampoline.
