At a glance
Acro Is a very popular form of dance. Acro is similar to gymnastics, the main difference being that all acro skills are eventually transferred to all types of dance floors. Acro can be woven into dance choreography to include tricks. Children of all abilities are welcome, from beginners to advanced. It doesn't matter what level your child is at, as it's all about progression and each child is taught individually. Acro requires a great deal of discipline and is a great confidence booster as the child progresses.
