Our Acro Bronze classes are perfect for beginners who are looking to build a strong foundation in both gymnastics and dance-based acrobatic skills. In these classes, dancers will work on developing strength, flexibility, balance and coordination while learning fundamental acro movements, tumbling skills and basic contortion techniques. Each session focuses on safe, structured progression to help students grow in confidence as they develop new abilities. All of our teachers are fully qualified in Acrotrix, ensuring high-quality training and a safe, supportive environment for every dancer.
