This class works on major tumbling aspects so the above is a necessary requirement. Acrodance is a form of gymnastic style movements incorporated with dance. Tumbling, Balancing, Flexibility, Conditioning etc. This class allows the dancers to train in acrobatics under the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus, in a fun, safe environment
