Our Acro class (ages 7–16) follows the ACROTRIX syllabus and is designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance in a safe and structured way. Dancers will work on developing new skills through focus, determination, and hard work, while progressing at their own pace. Acro is a fantastic way to enhance overall dance training by improving control and physical ability, but it’s also perfect for those who simply want to come along, try something new, and have fun. Whether you’re looking to support your dance technique or enjoy learning exciting ACRO skills, this class offers a positive and motivating environment for all abilities.
