St Hughs Catholic PS (Autumn T 1)

School sessions run termly, that is, a long-term progressive programme involving functional fitness Bootcamp sessions for ages ranging from preschool to teens, through to adults! Sessions are grouped by age to maximise the experience of the bootcampers. Each session is unique, engaging, informative, and motivating, with a different focus each week. We cover strength and conditioning, weightlifting skills, hand-eye coordination, fun invasion games, gymnastic skills and much, much more!
